However, so many of you looked past these challenges and focused on what is most important: cherishing those you love and seeking to preserve your memories. You invested in family photography that preserved the beauty and realness of your life. You took the time to celebrate new life through newborn photos which preserved this amazing, yet, fleeting moment in time. You celebrated being a mom through maternity photos which show just how beautiful you are. Thanks to all of you, 2021 was my biggest year for growth. I am amazed and filled with the utmost gratitude. Maternity Photos
I really, really love maternity photography sessions. I will have a special focus on developing services which pamper and celebrate new moms and those who are continuing their journey into motherhood. Compared to many other photographers, my maternity sessions go beyond just single pictures of mom. I will work with you in order to design your session according to your own unique vision. These sessions are meant to celebrate your beauty and the beauty of those in your life that are important to you. Sessions may include your spouse, your entire family, and, yes, even your family dog! From the very beginning, I want to make this session as easy and fun as possible: I have curated a wardrobe of maternity dresses for you! This not only saves you money, but it is also fun! I will work with you to chose a special outfit. This is all a part of my styling services and guarantees that your images will be timeless and beautiful. If you would like to go a step further and have your hair and make-up done, I will refer you to my stylist who will pamper you on your special day!
Did you know that if you would also like newborn photos, you can choose a maternity session add-on when you book your newborn session for an incredible savings! Be sure to book at least 2 months in advance. Maternity sessions are best any time after you are 32 weeks! Check out the Maternity Sessions page for more details!
Newborn Family Photos
Babies, babies, and more babies! My newborn photography business has become the cornerstone of AMG Photography and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Newborn Milestone Sessions are a special way for us to spend an entire year preserving your family’s memories as your little one grows. These sessions include client styling and wardrobe for mama, beautiful, artistic and natural images of your entire family, and an incredible photo book which I hand design for you from Millers Lab. Many families also include a letter, poem, or inspirational quotes to be incorporated into the design of their book. These are truly beautiful and make me cry every time! Sessions take place at my amazing studio in Minneapolis and come with coffee, tea, snacks, and lots of space for older siblings to play! Sessions may also take place in the comfort of your home. You decide! My Newborn Session Prep guide will help you feel ready and prepared for your session so you can just come, relax, and enjoy! Again, please book these at least 2 months in advance so we have time to plan your wardrobe and all of the details!

Speaking of client wardrobe - I am so thrilled by the response I have received regarding my client wardrobe! Dresses come from amazing shops such as Baltic Born, Free People, and Roolee. Moms continuously tell me how thankful they are that they not only do not have to spend additional money on a new dress, but they feel like the stress of figuring out what they and their loved ones are going to wear is completely gone! I am growing my closet for little girls too. These dresses are from Noralee and Joyfolie. Most of these outfits will be shown to you through the Style and Select app. Let me know your color preferences, and I will show you examples of outfits for the entire family that will look great and be comfortable. Dresses from my wardrobe are free. Other outfits for the rest of the family, can be purchased from online shops through the Style and Select App. It is easy peasy and you’re all set!

Family Photo Session Early Booking for current clients only will happen in late February! Current clients get priority access to the calendar! I had to turn away clients this Fall, so, please consider booking early to guarantee the best date for your family! I will be offering full family sessions only this year! The demand for sessions has grown. It is my honor and privilege to provide you with the highest quality, artistic, and emotive family pictures which capture your connection and the chaotic beauty of family. I love working with you to find just the right location, styling your session, and providing you with images that are truly Memory Art. I love working for you in order to create prints and framed pieces that become family heirlooms! This just can’t happen in 20 minutes! You’ve invested in professional photos, now display your Memory Art from the highest quality professional providers. You can order prints in one of two ways or both! 1) My new gallery website is through a service called Pic-Time. You are able to order your custom slideshows, art, photo books, and wall displays directly through from your gallery. Your gallery will show you exactly what your art will look like as a canvas, print, or even a photo book! 2) Home Design Service. For an additional fee, I can come into your home and create a wall design for you! I can offer recommendations of framed prints, canvases, or display books that will present your Memory Art in the most beautiful way while preserving it for generations!
