Modeling Information form

Thank you for agreeing to be a model for my motherhood photography sessions. I believe that motherhood is one of the most beautiful and challenging parts of a woman’s life. It is both powerful, and intimate, exhausting, and exhilarating, quiet and emotional, and joyful. I also believe that a woman’s body is incredible during this time of her life as she is creating and sustaining new life! It is my goal to show these things in an artistic way through these photography sessions. These sessions will go beyond traditional posing and seek to capture the beauty, emotion, and intimacy of the subject. From the beauty of your baby bump to the quiet intimacy of nursing, I will capture all of the details of mother and baby in a beautiful way.

Some Details….During your pre-session phone call, I will answer your questions and we will go over details of the session. During the session, I will be an observer but also will guide you through the process. I want you to feel comfortable and relaxed and to have a wonderful experience!

Clothing will be provided. For maternity, I will ask you to bring some of your own pretty, neutral colored bralettes to be worn with a pretty robe and some lace fabrics.

You will be sent a beautiful gallery that illustrates your story! Full Resolution Digitals and beautiful prints may be purchased from your gallery. As part of my thanks to you, you may choose 5 digitals to keep.
